ABOUT THE HOUSE
Entrance, small hallway, lounge with dining facilities. Spacious kitchen. backdoor to enclosed, shared yard. On the first floor there is a cosy sitting room and a bathroom with bath, shower attachment, toilet and washbasin. on the second floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both the bedrooms are small and cosy. Note that the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility problems. It has recently been redecorated and refurbished throughout.

Refrigerator, electric cooker with oven, microwave, colour TV, gas central heating. Gas fire in the lounge.
Bed linen is provided.
A welcome tray is set for your arrival.
Permit for 1 car at rear of property, plus on street parking.
